Developers intending to renovate the Tiger Hotel to “its original use as a boutique-hotel” submitted their application to the city for tax-increment financing. A PDF of their application can be downloaded here.
Businessmen John Ott, Dave Baugher and Al Germond have proposed a $8.9 million renovation for the Tiger Hotel in an effort to restore the hotel to a modern, boutique-stle hotel with national affliation, the document states. Almost $2 million will need to be furnished from TIF.
