Brief Biography: I grew up outside of Kansas City but am proud to call Columbia home. I am a senior and plan to graduate in May 2009.

Career Goals: I definitely want to work in newspapers, whether that be reporting or editing.
Why Journalism Interests Me: Writing has always been one of the my strengths; with journalism, I am able to use my talents for something important. Every story is a new discovery and helps me get more connected to the community.
Other Interests: I love traveling. I studied abroad in Japan in the summer of 2006, London in the spring of 2008 and went to Beijing through the journalism school for the Summer Olympics.
