Flash mob planned for MU-KU game to attract Google (CM): “On Saturday, community members who wish to bring the Google fiber-optic broadband trial service to Columbia will participate in a flash mob at the MU-KU basketball game.”

Stoplight idea brings rezoning request to a halt (CT): “Although city planning and zoning commissioners say they think a proposed commercial rezoning along Grindstone Parkway would be appropriate, their concerns about the long-term effect it could have on traffic flow outweighed that support last night.”

Wade is ahead on funding (CT): “In the Columbia mayoral race, Jerry Wade leads fundraising efforts, accumulating $21,382, according to recent financial reports filed in campaigns for the April 6 municipal election.”
