School district boundary approaches draw mixed response at first forum – Columbia Missourian

“About 75 people showed up at Hickman High School to learn more about a half-dozen boundary maps proposed for intermediate and high schools in the district. The changes will take effect in August 2013, when Battle High School opens in northeastern Columbia and middle and junior high schools transition into intermediate schools.”

Regency, El Ray trailer park notices go out – Columbia Daily Tribune

“Residents of two Columbia mobile home parks received word last week that they will have to find a new place to live by the end of February.

The owners of the Regency Mobile Home Park off Ponderosa Street and the owners of El Ray Mobile Home Park on Mexico Gravel Road east of Lake of the Woods Road both gave residents the legally required 120 days notice to leave the parks.”
