MU’s plans to become carbon neutral are open-ended– Columbia Missourian

MU made a public commitment to reduce its carbon footprint two years ago. It has finally made a plan to do so.

Although there is a plan, it is not concrete and allows for changes from year to year. But according to the commitment MU signed, the institution must commit to a firm date by 2013 to remain in good standing.
