Cass County Prosecuting Attorney Teresa Hensley, a Democrat, plans to run for the 4th Congressional District, which would include Columbia according to new congressional boundaries. The incumbent, Republican Vicky Hartzler, has represented the 4th District since she defeated Ike Skelton in 2010.
