How we tracked the primary

Last night, the Missourian was following the primary results for the state of Missouri and for Boone County. Our wrap up story can be found on the Missourian website. Here’s some links to where we followed the news:

The Missouri Secretary of State’s election night map provides up to the minute results statewide and by county. By clicking on each county, you can see the number of votes each candidate received. Now that the primary is over, voter turnout numbers are located here. Boone County had a low voter turnout at about 8 percent. The tabs at the top show the results of each parties race.

For Boone County results, we tracked the Boone County Clerk’s elections page. Results from Tuesday night can be found here.
