Conley Road plan hits yet another snag by Jacob Barker, The Columbia Daily Tribune.

Four members of the Columbia Planning and Zoning Commission took the night off on Thursday, delaying a vote on an agreement between the Conley Road Transportation District and Columbia Country Club that would allow the extension of Conley to Business Loop 70. Country club president Jean Leonatti said the delay could impact grass seeding at the course in time for the spring.

Enhanced Enterprise Zone clarifies proposals by Hannah Cushman, Columbia Missourian.

In response to sensitivities from the public, the Enhanced Enterprise Zone board recommended several changes to the plan that address concerns about blight and the size of the targeted areas. The board is also interested in making sure businesses lured in by the tax abatement would hire from the impoverished neighborhoods the zones are designed to benefit.
